Chicago Style Unveiled: Another Real Wedding Feature!!

I always get so excited when I hear about one of our weddings being featured on Chicago Style Unveiled. What's so unique about this site is that the story being told is actually written by the bride herself. Plus, they do a fabulous job selecting gorgeous photography by the best in the city. It's definitely inspiring to read/view and we just can't be happier that we've been selected again.

Chicago Style Unveiled: Another Real Weddings Feature!!

We just love the girls at Style Unveiled! They do a fabulous job at featuring real weddings because the words written are directly from the bride and groom. The photos and story are real without embellishments. That's why we're so honored when one of our couples is featured on their site.

Kristie and Clint were recently married at the Newberry Library on a sunny spring day. Their story and stunning photos captured by Life on Prints can be viewed here.

Chicago Style Unveiled Voted Scarlet Petal's Blog 1 of the Perfect 10!

Better late than never I always say. I heard through the grapevine that we were voted as having one of the best blogs in the city. I did a little searching online and found that the ladies at Style Unveiled did in fact give us a shout out on their site. A big thanks goes out to Heather and Kimberly for keeping us inspired! The School of the Art Institute Ballroom Wedding Feature

A few weeks ago I had shared some images of Leslie and Jim's wedding at the School of the Art Institute Ballroom in Chicago. I'm happy to say that Chicago Style Unveiled has now featured this wedding on their site along with some kind words noted by Leslie and Jim. Enjoy!

Chicago Style Unveiled

We recently found ourselves featured on a fabulous new wedding site called Chicago Style Unveiled. It’s a new wedding site to Chicago, but is already established in San Francisco, Portland, and Los Angeles.  

I found myself perusing the ‘real weddings’ photos taken right here in Chicago by some of the best photographers in the city. It’s a small selection now, but given the site’s recent launch I would imagine it growing exponentially over the course of time.

One noteworthy mention, this site does a really good job of differentiating itself to others by focusing on conservation. Their ‘Eco-Chic’ page lists 101 ways to ‘go green’ on your wedding day!  They also encourage other brides to write in on ways they have helped the cause.
